Meet Our Board of Directors!
M4K Nashville is a volunteer run non-profit organization.

Michael received a B.S. in Business Administration from Longwood University. He is a continual learner and completed his LUTCF (Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow) in 2009, OSHA 30 HR in General Industry in 2010, CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) in 2014 and is currently pursuing his CRA (Certified Risk Manager) designation. In his current role as Risk Occurrence Specialist at Scott Insurance, he helps his clients with safety, risk management, compliance and safety culture development.
Originally from Virginia, he has lived in Tennessee for the past 5 years with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his family, being outdoors and giving back to his community. In 2021, he started a 501c3 non-profit called Mustaches for Kids – Nashville. His charity recruits men to grow mustaches for 30 days and solicit donations and pledges for a local children’s charity. In their first “Grow Season” they raised over $23,000 for High Hopes Development Center. In November of 2021, Michael was recognized by Franklin Tomorrow as an “Exemplary Community Volunteer” and received the “Newcomer Impact Award” for his contributions to the Franklin, TN community.
Nathan Heppler is an EHS Manager for T.W. Frierson in Nashville, Tennessee. Nathan is originally from Western Kentucky, but has lived in the Middle Tennessee area for over eight years with his wife and two children. He found out about M4K through Mike Simmons and once learning about the impact it has on children he was fully committed to M4K Nashville. Nathan spends his spare time with his family by the pool in the Summer and watching college football and basketball in the Winter. Go Cats!!!
Marketing & Communications Chair
Jamie Holmes is the Marketing and Communications Manager for T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc. in Nashville, TN. She was raised in Washington State, moved to South Carolina for college, where she played Division II Softball, and in 2011 moved to Nashville to pursue her master’s degree from Belmont University.
Jamie is involved in several construction industry groups and is on the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders and Contractors of Greater TN and she is the Chair of the ABC Emerging Leaders group. Jamie is also a Certified Professional Services Marketer and is an active member of 100 Women Who Care Nashville.
Jamie was approached by her co-worker, Nathan Heppler, about joining the M4K board as the Marketing Chair last year, and she enthusiastically said “Yes!”
Jamie’s family resides in Washington, where she visits frequently. She is also a “mom” to 3 large dogs, Clyde, Cora and Nooman. In her spare time, you will find her working in the yard/garden, renovating her house, spoiling her dogs and playing slow pitch softball.
Dana Simmons is a wife and mother of two. She was born and raised in Central Virginia and graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
Dana currently works part time as a registered nurse at a local dermatology office. She has also been teaching piano lessons to kids and adults since the age of 16.
Dana enjoys antiques and vintage finds – you can see posts about her hobby on instagram @lizzieandruthvintage. Her other hobbies include reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Dana has been supporting her husband, Mike, in starting M4K Nashville since he first had the idea, (and we’re so excited to have her on the board this year) and can’t wait to see how many children’s charities can be helped by M4K!
Chief Financial Officer
Jake Ingrassia has worked in the financial services industry for the past 5 years, starting his career as a banker and working his way through branch management and leadership. Jake is currently a Solution Center Manager with PNC Bank, where he spends his time leading his team to provide financial wellness and education to the Williamson County and greater Middle Tennessee market.
Jake grew up in the performing arts and spent years working with non-profit theatre organizations to provide education and entertainment. This involvement fueled his excitement and passion for non-profit work and reinvesting into our communities. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Jake has lived in Tennessee for the past 4 years with his fiancé, two cats and three horses. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his family, being involved in the local theatre communities, and traveling. Jake had the pleasure of being apart of Mustaches 4 Kids Nashville’s inaugural season and is thrilled to have the opportunity to serve on the board this year. He cannot wait to see the tremendous impact we make alongside our charity partner this year.
